Meet Collins and Edna Sakalunda—the husband-and-wife team whose shared calling gave rise to Chokmah Foundation.

A shared life and calling

Faith, family, and service
for the next generation.

Collins and Edna Sakalunda have been married for 21 years and are blessed with six children—three daughters and three sons. They are based in Meanwood Ndeke, Chongwe, Zambia.

As a couple, their ministry is devoted to faithful biblical preaching and teaching, theological education, discipleship, and equipping the church for gospel mission.

Collins Sakalunda

Collins is a Baptist pastor, theological educator, conference speaker, and author. He holds a Bachelor of Theology from the Baptist Theological Seminary of Zambia and a Master of Theological Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University.

He serves as Resident Pastor of Meanwood Ndeke Baptist Church and as a lecturer at the Baptist Theological Seminary of Zambia. He also serves part-time as Chaplain and Lecturer at African Christian University.

Edna Sakalunda

Edna is a Christian education teacher and author. She holds a Diploma of Theology from the Baptist Theological Seminary of Zambia and a Degree in Education from Justo Mwale University in Lusaka.

Her training in theology and education contributes to Chokmah Foundation’s commitment to biblically faithful, culturally relevant, and educationally sound resources for young people, couples, families, and Christian institutions.
